Terms of Service

Bonk helps DJs manage and clean their music libraries — editing metadata, tagging, set prep, analytics, and syncing with supported DJ databases. Most processing happens locally on your device. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. We may change or remove features over time. Public guides live at bonkmusic.app/docs.

You keep all rights to the music files, metadata, and playlists you process (“Your Content”), and you’re responsible for having the rights to use them. We don’t claim ownership, and the app doesn’t upload your library to us to work. Please keep backups before making bulk changes.

Don’t:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights;
• manage or distribute content you don’t have the right to;
• disrupt, attack, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• misuse the waitlist or contact forms (spam, malware, fraud);
• abuse community spaces such as Discord (harassment, spam, sharing others’ private data).

Bonk Beta is open-source software under its applicable license, which governs your rights to the code. Rekordbox™, Pioneer DJ, and AlphaTheta are trademarks of their owners; Bonk is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use of third-party software and services (including Discord) is governed by their own terms.

Bonk is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, sponsored or endorsed by any of the following, and none of them has reviewed or approved Bonk:

• Pioneer DJ, AlphaTheta Corporation, or any of their affiliates;
• Rekordbox™ or any other product of those companies;
• the BONK cryptocurrency or token, its creators, community or any related project — Bonk has no token, coin or other digital asset and does not offer one;
• any other company, product, service or project that uses the name “Bonk” or a similar name.

Rekordbox™, Pioneer DJ, AlphaTheta and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site or in the app are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the software Bonk works with, and their use does not imply any connection, partnership or endorsement. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact legal@bonkmusic.app.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonk and its contributors aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, files, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the version and date above, and the app may ask you to accept material changes before continuing. You can stop using the Service anytime, and we may suspend access for violations. These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
